VIEW OF THE HIKE Looking northeast toward the summit. The trail follows the ridge on the left hand side of the screen all the way to the summit. The trail passes just right of the power poles in the distance. One can see the many ups and downs as one continues on the ridge.

PALOLO VALLEY The ridge lies directly between Monoa Valley and Palolo Valley. Looking southeast on gets a good view of Palolo Valley. The Lanipo trail follows the ridge on the other side of Palolo Valley.
