LOOKING DOWN FROM ABOVE Looking down from above one can see the highway following along side the ocean. One can also see the view point where the trail separates from the highway and heads up the hill.

SEA LIFE PARK On the small peninsula which juts out from the mountains is Sea Life Park a popular tourist attraction which is similar to Sea World in San Diego.

AN OLD MILITARY "PILL BOX" There are several old military "pill boxes" in this area. Most of these boxes were built during World War II when there was a concern the Japanese would invade the islands.

CONTINUING UP THE ROCKY CLIFF The trail continues up the cliff. You can see and individual in a white shirt following the trail directly ahead of me. The trail looks worse than it is.
