TOP OF THE RIDGE Once you reach the top of the ridge there is a nice view of the Koolau Mountain Range looking west. Mt. Olympus is the peak on the far left. Below you can see the valley the Maunawili stream flows in.

THE TRAIL CONTINUES ALONG THE RIDGE The trail levels out and continues along the ridge for around 1/4 mile. In terms of views this is the best part of the hike because there is minimal vegetation to obstruct the view..

OLOMANA Looking east from the ridge one has a good view of Olomana with its three peaks. The left peak is the first peak when going on the Olomana trail. Only experts attempt the right most peak (third peak).
