A VIEW OF THE OTHER PEAKS OF OLOMANA

From the summit one can see the other two peaks of Olomana.  One can go out to the other peaks.  The second peak the one closest to us is the least dangerous but the third pointed peak is extremely dangerous.  The ridge is narrow and there are not many items one can grab onto in order to go up and down the steam narrow peak.

A VIEW OF KAILUA

A view of Kailua from the summit.  The small lake below is Enchanted Lake which is a favorite spot for canoe rowers.  You can also see two small island off of Lanikai.

ANOTHER VIEW OF KAILUA

Another view of Kailua.  The Kaneohe Marine base is located on the peninsula which extends into the ocean.  One can also see the Kalanianaole Highway in the lower part of the picture.

A VIEW OF THE KOOLAU RANGE

This is looking west toward the Koolau Range.  The Maunawili trail runs along the base of the mountains behind the small farm below.  The Maunawili trail goes from the Pali Highway switchback to Waimanalo.
